Can't scroll AMP pages with TDI turned on

Chrome on Android, dev 56.0.2895.

1) Search for "obama"
2) Click on an AMP document
3) After loading, try to scroll

Nothing happens. If I turn TDI off, it works just fine.

kenrb@ - Could this be due to the fact that surface hit testing isn't implemented on android yet?

Yes, that is the cause. I am currently working on this, and TDI should be significantly more usable on Android once direct input routing is landed.
