Make EarlGrey tests run upstream

EarlGrey tests have failed to run upstream for a few months.

They initially were failing until we updated to Xcode 8. That update happened about a month ago, and the bots are purple. This looks to be due to remote run changes.

New error. Not sure what's wrong with the test project, but Menglu added it, so reassigning.
