Media notification has no title if playing from a recovered page

Project Member Reported by zqzh...@chromium.org, Oct 25 2016

Issue description

1. Open a page with media and start playback.
2. Dismiss Chrome in the task list.
3. Reopen Chrome, the page should be recovered.
4. Play media. Observe the notification

Observed: The notification title is empty.
Affects: M55 & 56

This is due the recent change on media metadata in MSTH. It should be easy to fix.
