What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to the above URL and click on add to chrome.
(2)Click on extension icon in Extensions overlay.
(3)Type some value in 'width' and 'height' text box.
(4)Now click backspace and clear the value entered in 'height' text box.(Kindly refer the video)
(5)Observe.

Actual:Unwanted white horizontal line is displayed on clearing the data in the 'height' text box.

Expected:No such unwanted white horizontal line should be displayed on clearing the data in the 'height' text box.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-33(i.e 33.0.1701.0)
