Non-Regression: Chopped context menu is seen for word document in files app.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2840.74/8743.72.0 beta-channel Peppy,Daisy,Gnwaty.
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>>Download a sample word document>>Go to Files app
(2)Open context menu by doing two finger tap exactly on the "word document" under type field and Observe (Please refer video) 

Expected: Context menu should not get chopped.
Actual:Instead chopped context menu is seen.

This is non- regression issue as issue is also seen in M53.

Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows.
