ADMX Files - Multiple Settings without any function

Reported by wiechm...@itebo-hcs.de, Oct 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new GPO Object
2. Edit the Object and go to Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Google\Chrome and change e.g. "Enable guest mode in browser" to disabled
3. Go to an affected computer and run "gpupdate /force /target:computer"
4. Open regedit and go to HKLM\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome\ . You won't find an Entry for BrowserGuestModeEnabled .

What is the expected behavior?
The group policy client should create an registry Entry for BrowserGuestModeEnabled. But it didn't do that.

What went wrong?
It seems that the ADMX file is corrupt and has one or more errors somewhere. BrowserGuestModeEnabled is not the only affected policy with this problem. I also created a new GPO object only with the setting for BrowserGuestModeEnabled (Just to be sure that my previous GPO object wasn't corrupted). But I had the same issues here.

I could confirm that the following settings got pushed via group policies:
- AllowDinosaurEasterEgg
- BackgroundModeEnabled
- BrowserAddPeronEnabled
- BuiltInDnsClientEnabled
- CloudPrintSubmitEnabled
- DefaultBrowserSettingEnabled
- DeveloperToolsDisabled
- EnableMediaRouter
- HomepageLocation
- ImportBookmarks
- ImportHistory
- ImportHomepage
- ImportSavedPasswords
- ImportSeachEngine
- MetricsReportingEnabled
- ProxyMode
- SafeBrowsingEnabled
- SafeBrowsingExtendedReportingOptInAllowed
- ShowHomeButton
- SpellCheckServiceEnabled
- SSLErrorOverrideAllowed
- SyncDisabled
- WelcomePageOnOSUpgradeEnabled

The following settings are not working:
- BrowserGuestModeEnabled
- CloudPrintProxyEnabled
- HideWebStoreIcon
- ImportAutofillFormData
- RestoreOnStartup
- RestrictSigninToPattern
- SearchSuggestEnabled
- SupervisedUserCreationEnabled
- TranslateEnabled

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Please close this bug report. It seems that the base gpo was really corrupted and also influenced the newly created objects.
I couldn't reproduce the error anymore.
