PDF Viewer displaying some pages out of order

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2896.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a PDF with at least 10 pages, 20 to be more noticeable the browser's PDF viewer
2. Scroll through the PDF
3. Observe page 11 replaced by page 1 or page 12 replaced by page 2 etc.

What is the expected behavior?
Pages displaying in correct order.

What went wrong?
Some pages beyond page 10 are replaced by earlier pages.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 56.0.2896.3  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

When the PDF is downloaded from within the PDF viewer, the saved PDF also has its pages out of order.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:56.0.2894.0(Revision: 425838).
Bad build: 56.0.2896.0 (Revision:426358).

You are probably looking for a change made after 426048 (known good), but no later than 426049 (first known bad).
