Regression: Print preview is not readable in 56.0.2900.0 dev

Version: 56.0.2900.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)LAunch chrome and open any page[Ex: Help page F1] >> hit Ctrl+p and observe for print preview

Expected: Text should be readble.
Actual: Instead unwanted symbols are seen and text is not readable

This is a regression issue broken in M56.

Good Build:56.0.2899.0
Bad Build:56.0.2900.0

Able to reproduce the issue on the latest 56.0.2900.0 on Mac OS 10.11.6 as well.
