I have no volume when I am on google chrome

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled google chrome 
2. I have checked for updates 
3. I have no problems on firefox but I need to use google chrome for my charter school 

What is the expected behavior?
Can you please help me I can't watch and listen to videos for my class 

What went wrong?
I do not know 

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Thanks for the report.

Could you please provide the URL/site details that would be helpful for us to check.

We are not able to reproduce the issue, tested few videos in youtube.com, vimeo.com, cnn.com - video/volume are working fine in 54.0.2840.71 using Windows 7.
