Log Printer Manufacturer/Model on PPD Server

From 602495 (privacy review of logging) -

When a request to a server is made for a PPD the server should log:
- Manufacturer / Model requested
- Whether or not a PPD was returned
- If so, which PPD was returned
- Datetime of request
