Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On a Pixel, Flip or R-11, enter Developer Mode
2. Enable Play Store and accept ToS
3. Install crouton or other chroot solution and enter chroot

What is the expected behavior?
Everything plays nice and you can have the Play store, Android Apps and your linux distro running side by side.

What went wrong?
After entering chroot and performing tasks (undetermined amount of time), upon returning to the ChromeOS environment, I had found that the Play Store had crashed, and would not restart until the device was completely rebooted.

Did this work before? No

I do not expect a solution to this bug, simply raising awareness, should it be an indication of a larger issue.  I intend to file a similar bug report with crouton's development team as well.
