Add lossless audio format to MediaStreamRecorder |

Issue descriptionMediaStreamRecorder currently only supports Opus audio. For this API it could make sense to add support of FLAC or at least L16 audio. FLAC playback is worked on and tracked by https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=93887

Do you care in which container the audio is provided? For example, MP4/WebM vs. a less common format, such as the FLAC format.

Well it should be a container playable in <audio> by browsers that supports FLAC, I'm not sure what the situation looks like there.

Is this truly blocked on FLAC-in-ISOBMFF via MSE (crbug 666000)?
Note that in M-62, plain playback via src= of FLAC-in-ISOBMFF is working (and has generally been working since M-56, but canPlayType('{audio,video}/mp4; codecs="flac"') hadn't been updated until M-62.
