Cannot use "x" to close site details

Chrome Version: 55.0.2883.17
OS Version: 8872.15.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to website (eg. gmail)
2. Click on lock in omnibox to show site details
3. Click "X" in top-right of dialog to close it

What is the expected result?
It closes

What happens instead of that?
It does not close

possible.
