Feature request: API get the document coordinates in the screen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
As shown in the attached screenshot, is it possible to provide a new API so that we can get the coordinates of the document?

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Are "window.screen.left" and "window.screen.top"
(or "window.screenLeft" and "window.screenTop"?) what you are looking for?
