Regression:Home and End button doesn't work in chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/cookies

Chrome Version:56.0.2899.0 (Official Build)Revision bb7071018e1fd8bf223b8ffff660883b7d17278d-refs/heads/master@{#426989}(32/64-bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open 2-3 webpages,navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/cookies
(2)Click on scroll bar and hit 'home' and 'End' button to scroll up/down,observe.

Actual: Home and End button doesn't work in chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/cookies

Expected: Home and End button should work in chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/cookies

This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and will soon update other info.

Note: Similar issue is seen for chrome://md-settings/ page as well

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2844.0(Revision:415023).
Bad build: 55.0.2845.0 (Revision:415522).

You are probably looking for a change made after 415082 (known good), but no later than 415083 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned.

So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.
