Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2899.0 (Official Build) bb7071018e1fd8bf223b8ffff660883b7d17278d-refs/heads/master@{#426989} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and open devtools on NTP. 2. Dock devtools to bottom, go to Console section and type 's'. 3. Observe the suggestion list. Actual: Suggestion list is not visible properly i.e bottom arrow icon of vertical list is not visible. Expected: Suggestion list should be visible properly. This is a regression issue broken in M-56 series, will soon update bisect info. Good build: 56.0.2891.0 Bad build: 56.0.2894.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 425529 (known good), but no later than 425530 (first known bad). Tested the issue on Windows 7,Mac 10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome Dev version-56.0.2906.0 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.Issue working as expected. Please find the attached screen cast for the same. Adding TE-Verified labels. Thanks,

Issue is already verified and it is not reproduced in latest chrome canary M57 #57.0.2926.0 . @einbinder -- could you please change the status of the bug. Thanks!

Verified the issue on windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.2 using latest canary version #57.0.2969.0 as per the comment #0 Observed that the fix is working as expected. Hence, adding the verified labels.
