Missing always show address bar in Chrome app for Android

Application version: 53.0.2785.124
Operating system: Android 6.0.1; HTC 10 build/MMB29M

Steps to reproduce:
(1) all tabs
(2) settings 
(3) no option for 'always show address bar'

Expected result:
option for 'always show address bar'

Actual result:
no option for 'always show address bar'
