Regression : Unnecessary arrow icon appears after adding exception which is not working in chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/camera.

OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4, 10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/camera
2. Now click on 'Add' button and add an exception for site and observe

Actual: Unnecessary arrow icon appears after adding exception which is not working
Expected: Unnecessary arrow icon should not appear instead it should be working

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:56.0.2897.0  
Bad build: 56.0.2899.0

Correction :
Pre-condition : Enable Site settings with All sites and Site details flag in chrome://flags.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:56.0.2891.0  
Bad build: 56.0.2894.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:56.0.2891.0(Revision: 425529).
Bad build: 56.0.2894.0 (Revision: 425838).

You are probably looking for a change made after 425836 (known good), but no later than 425837 (first known bad).

Still able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome latest version 56.0.2923.0

Just to update,Still able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2 using latest chrome version 57.0.2978.0.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
We are not shipping Site Settings until after MD Settings launches. It's expected that the arrow should be there if you decide to change chrome://flags
