Multiple tabs going unresponsive within seconds that are unrecoverable.

Reported by dill...@7cupsoftea.com, Oct 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to 7cups.com and click on the forum link
2. Go to the Settings Tab to search for an update regarding the browser
3. Try opening multiple tabs at once

What is the expected behavior?
The browser becomes unresponsive, and I have to force the browser to close via the task manager.

What went wrong?
It will not recover the webpage when restarting the browser, it ALWAYS goes unresponsive again after attempting to reopen it.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I am completing in command prompt (administrator) SFC.EXE /SCANNOW to check for errors in the files. I will send an update on results and if this resolves the issue.

This is what I seen when I completed the SFC scan:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.lol. Dor example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently now supporting in offline servicing scenarios.

Also I am attaching the log file associated with this scan.
