Version: 56, but according to https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chromebook-central/q8Mqx6VAhlI this has been happening for a while

1. chrome://settings/languages
2. add an input method, e.g. Dutch (Nederlands) => Belgium keyboard
3. switch to the input method: Ctrl+Shift+<Space>
4. open the shortcuts overlay (Keyboard settings => View keyboard shortcuts)

Expected: shortcuts overlay matches Belgium AZERTY keyboard.
Actual: shortcut overlay shows QWERTY keyboard.

This does not happen for all input methods, but for many.
