Native dropdown not working properly in chrome responsive mode

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open Any dropdown 
2. click toggle device tool bar button in chrome dev tool
3. select any dropdown and selected item not 
visible and opening in black

What is the expected behavior?
Need normal dropdown behavior like other browser

What went wrong?
Not able to select any item in dropdown

Did this work before? Yes 53

Chrome version: 46.0.2490.76  Channel: stable
OS Version: Chrome Emulator
Flash Version: 

Please let me know status ASAP.

Chrome version: 46.0.2490.76 is pretty old, can you try on latest chrome and let us know if this still happens?
