[wifi_perf] [nyan_blaze] nyan_blaze low tx throughput for ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff_tcp_rx/tx test

ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff_tcp_rx/tx_throughput is low compared to other devices in the same family

Sample test run for peach_pi and veyron/-mighty respectively on R55-8872.15.0 

ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff             150.78     162.96 Mbps
ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff             143.33.    146.02 Mbps

For nyan blaze,
ch157_modeHT40p_psk_PSoff             162.06     53.27 Mbps(looks low)

Kirtika, can you take a look when you have some time?  We'll likely need to loop in Marvell but lets see if we can spot something in terms of CPU load etc. that may be limiting factor here first.
