Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Request front-facing cam stream from a Lenovo MIIX 700.
2. Notice the stream produces a green output.

What is the expected behavior?
The camera stream is not green.

What went wrong?
The camera stream seems to be green for one of our users (Opentest). He reported that he is able to see the camera stream with no problem in IE11.
