No works "Home" and "End" control keys in bookmark folders

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click any bookmark folder (or Other bookmarks)
3. No works the "HOME" and "END" control keys, only mouse scroll.

What is the expected behavior?
I want you to work in the "HOME" and "END" keys on the top of the list and jump to the bottom.

What went wrong?
No works "HOME" and "END" control keys.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.11.4 and linux ubuntu 14.04 with using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.71 and latest canary 56.0.2899.0 .
Please find the attached screencast and let us know if anything missed from our end to reproduce the issue.

No in Bookmark Manager! But also fixed "Bookmarks Bar" in opened tabs. Click bookmarks folder in bookmark-bar, and Home, and End keys not works.

Home/End work fine in Bookmarks Manager. They don't work on the bookmark folders, but I had not expected them to. This is a feature request. No one has touched Cocoa bookmarks  in many years, and that isn't going to change going forward. On Windows, this doesn't work either. It seems unlikely that is will change moving forward.
