Crashing often with dragging windows between 3 monitors

Version 54.0.2840.68 beta (64-bit)
Platform 8743.69.0 (Official Build) beta-channel panther
Firmware Google_Panther.4920.24.26

I have 2 regular monitors and a tiny displaylink monitor (https://www.mimomonitors.com/collections/7-inch/products/mimo-um-760-7-display)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Drag windows around between monitors

What is the expected output?
Everything always ok

What do you see instead?
Often the system will crash. I have several from today:

Dave this is crashing in skia, can you look at it or do you know someone who can?

Bernie's crash has a similar stack in skia, it's 320c263900000000
