What would be the actual ideal flow here? I was going to investigate adding a validation check for expired cards, but the settings local credit card dialog doesn't seem to validate much since it lets me:
- Add a card with a name but no actual card
- Add a card that doesn't pass the Luhn check
- Add an incomplete card number (like "4")
- (on Linux but not Android) Put letters and symbols in my card number ("Visa ⋯&A%B")
- Add as many duplicates of the exact same card as I want

Hi Jared, actually Parastoo started on this today for Desktop settings. We may not address all of your points in the first change, though.
