Javascript High Memory Usage

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Pixiv.net
2. Start surf
3. Starts Javascript Memory Leak

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When I surf www.pixiv.net it consumes all the system memory and Windows start lagging, I open Multi Tabs and all Pixiv tabs take all the memory of the system 

This is Javascript Memory Leak

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome stable #54.0.2840.71 and latest canary #56.0.2899.0.

Attached a screen cast for your reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened Pixiv.net
2. Started surfing and opened several tabs.
3. Opened chrome task manager and started Javascript Memory.
4. Observed that www.pixiv.net did not consume all the system memory as shown in the screenshot 03261.jpg

endlifex@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #56.0.2899.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
I suspect that an extension is polluting the memory. Reporter, please try to reproduce with all extensions disabled.
