What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) use a tiny screen (1024x600)
(2) have many profiles signed in (or otherwise make the shelf menu really long)
(3) click on the shelf menu

What is the expected output?
I can get to all the items in the menu

What do you see instead?
The menu goes off the top of the screen and I cannot see or reach some items.
