What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)fetch chromium
(2)cd src
(3)git fetch origin 54.0.2840.59
(4)git checkout -b my_branch_name FETCH_HEAD
(5)gclient sync --with_branch_heads
(6)gclient runhooks

What is the expected result?
execute "gclient runhooks" and generate chrome.sln file.

What happens instead?
I'm execute "gclient runhooks", it not generate chrome.sln file in "..\src\chrome\", but it's log(log.txt) not show reason, so I don't know how to deal with this problem.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
