Buildbot builder doesn't stay online |

Issue descriptionI recently helped speed infra bring online two new builders: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Mac%20Air%2010.11%20Perf and https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Mac%20Pro%2010.11%20Perf The first of these (Mac Air 10.11 Perf) didn't seem to want to stay online. When we restarted the master, the buildbot slave process didn't start, and I manually restarted yesterday to fix that. It somehow died during the night, and it looks like it was killed? I did `make restart` in /b/build/slave, does that still work with the new way that SRE set up the slaves to run?
