cannot remove, not surehow it downloaded on my laptop

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. comes up even though i did not install

What is the expected behavior?
seems I cannot remove from registry

What went wrong?
annoying

OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I removed but still shows up
