Culprit on SoM was not displayed correctly

Project Member Reported by st...@chromium.org, Oct 21 2016

Issue description

In this build https://findit-for-me.appspot.com/waterfall/build-failure?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbuild.chromium.org%2Fp%2Fchromium.mac%2Fbuilders%2FMac10.11%2520Tests%2Fbuilds%2F2871 , the cluprits found by Findit were only for step "unit_tests", but on SoM they were shown for step "browser_tests" as well https://screenshot.googleplex.com/VVidVjFKfxT.png

The fix would be to use step name on SoM to filter and match info on both side.

And if test info is available on both side, test name should be used to filter and match too.
