Add Bug number which got updated:  issue 652798 


Issue/Concern or feedback: I think that this rule shouldn't run if the developer posted a comment after the suspected feedback. That seems like a sign that more feedback is still needed.

That seems like a good idea to me. Thanks for the report.

cdavid: Would you mind taking a look when you have time? Please check some of the existing and past reports just to make sure that this seems like it's the correct behavior, but I suspect it will make sense. Feel free to unassign yourself if not.

This is fixed. We have modified the rule to run continuously so we won't get into a issue mentioned. More details are on https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=684919#c1
