Scrolling disappears after display:none

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create iframe. Width and height of content into iframe must be bigger then iframe. When page loaded you can see scrolling. 2. Set css style for iframe display:none 3. After 1 second set style display:inline. Scrolling disappeared but I can sroll by mouse wheel What is the expected behavior? Scrolling must stay. What went wrong? I don't know. Did this work before?
