Can't move up/down languages

On the languages pane, clicking on the 3 dot menu on one language and then selection move up or move down downs nothing.

this is working for me on 56.0.2902.0 (basically canary). are you using an older version of chrome?

material design settings is still under active development, so we only really test on canary at this point.

This has been fixed, there was another bug tracking it but I can't easily find it.
