Regression : Mouse cursor disappears after right clicking on video. (i.e on opening a context menu)

Issue description

Chrome Version : 56.0.2897.0 (Official Build) a4f1bcb79fa4f7a39cb7796fba3670608008c88a-refs/heads/master@{#426673} 64-bit
OS : Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4, 10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above URL.
2. Scroll down the page completely, click on ‘Watch video’ button and play the video.
3. Now Click on full screen button (seen at top LHS) and right click on video (context menu is seen), observe the mouse cursor.

Actual : Mouse cursor disappears after right clicking on video. (i.e on opening a context menu)
Expected : Mouse cursor should not disappear on right click on video.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-48’, below is the Manual Regression range and Narrow Bisect info.
Good build : 48.0.2559.0
Bad build : 48.0.2561.0

Suspecting : r 358906 or 358907 ? from Narrow Bisect

@spqchan : Please help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue.

Note : This is Mac specific issue and the same is working fine on Windows and Linux OS.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.6 chrome version 56.0.2897.0  and 56.0.2923.0

Rechecked the above issue in latest 56.0.2923.0 dev build on Mac 10.11.6 and 10.12.1 and the issue is still reproducible. Please review an attached screen cast for the reference.

Thanks for the reply.

As per comment #2, Tested this issue on Windows 7 & Mac 10.11.6 with latest Chrome Canary version#57.0.2931.0 .

Unable to reproduce this issue as we observed mouse cursor after right clicking on video. User able to scroll up & down with mouse in the context menu .

Please find the attached screen cast for reference & let us know if we miss anything to reproduce the issue.

Just to Update,Still able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2 using latest chrome canary version 57.0.2956.0.
