Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome://md-settings or via dev tools menu->more tools->inspect devices
2. See chromecast devices list
3. List contains word Chromecast with IP next to it, but not device name

What is the expected behavior?
Should also see device name for easy navigation

What went wrong?
See list with all chromecast devices identified as Chromecast with IP next to it.
Hard to destinguish which one you are looking for.
This is especially hard in office environment that might contain numerous Chromecast devices
