Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.143 URLs (if applicable) : localhost OS version : Windows 10 Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): home wifi Audio/Video format (if applicable): .oga, vorbis Special chrome flags (if applicable): - Behavior in Safari (if known): - Behavior in Firefox (if known): recordings taken on firefox are fine, they have a length and can be manipulated on ffmpeg, but ones taken on chrome have NA length when inspected on ffmpeg and appear corrupt when you try and play them on firefox Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither? Audio issue What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) In javascript use media recorder using media stream to record audio onto a blob (2) Save this into a file on the server (3) Try and extract its length by ffmpeg gives NA and if you try and play it on Firefox it appears corrupt - this can be played on Chrome tho, but media manipulation is impossible What is the expected result? the file can be played on other browsers and can be manipulated on ffmpeg What is the actual result? ffmpeg shows duration of audio as NA and file corrupt on other browsers Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the issue)? Please attach the HTML5/JavaScript code or audio/video files as well as screenshot and/or videos (if applicable) I will attach my recorder js file and a copy of a corrupt audio file.
