Regression: First page is seen replaced by last page in print preview after clicking on fit to width icon.

Version: 56.0.2895.0/8918.0.0 dev-channel Winky,Wolf,Panther.
OS: Chrome OS

Test urls: 
1.Chrome://version.
2.Chrome://chrome-urls.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to any one of the test url>>Hit crtl+p for printpreview
(2)Now scroll till end of the preview>>Click on fit to width icon and observe first page of print preview( Please refer video)

Expected: First page should not be replaced by last page after clicking on fit to width icon.
Actual: Instead first page is seen replaced by last page.

This is Regression issue as it is working fine in 54.0.2840.68/8743.69.0 Beta channel butterfly.
