Cannot launch Files.app

Chrome Version: 55.0.2883.7
OS Version: 8872.6.0

On my personal account, I cannot open the Files.app. It does not launch when I click its icon in the shelf, and even worse I cannot access a save dialog.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tom - Did this happen after you updated to the latest version? And are you able to launch after a restart?
