What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a folder in Files.app that's in Google Drive
(2) Drag into a folder in Google Drive.
(3) Drop the file.

What is the expected output?

Drive uploads the file.

What do you see instead?

Drive shows the notice that you can drop files, so it can tell I'm dragging files over it, but then when I drop nothing happens. If I click the menu in Drive and do Upload files and then manually choose the files instead of dropping them it works, so the bug is in drag + drop.
