Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set a breakpoint
2. Collapse Call Stack
3. Run code to trigger breakpoint

What is the expected behavior?
If I have the call stack collapsed, then I want it to stay collapsed until I expand it.

What went wrong?
The Call Stack expands. When the call stack is long, you cannot see your scope variables. For a long time I have wanted to have the scope variables above the call stack so that my watch variables and scope variables are next to one another. Now it is even worse because the call stack keeps expanding, making the two further apart.
