Verbose state has thinner text in popup window

Project Member Reported by lgar...@chromium.org, Oct 21 2016

Issue description

Chrome 55.0.2883.18
OSX 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Trigger an HTTPS popup.

What is the expected output?
The word "Secure" in the verbose omnibox state is the same weight as for a normal window.

What do you see instead?
The word "Secure" is thinner.

spqchan@, could you triage?
If this is expected, I don't see a particular problem. But I also don't understand why the weight would be different. :-P

I don't see this repro in Chrome 59.0.3033 on Mac OSX on a 2015 MacBook Pro running OS X 10.12.3. The text is pixel-for-pixel identical.
