Steps to reproduce the problem:
The current German localization of

"Order languages based on your preference"

in the MD settings is a complete disaster ... 8-)

What is the expected behavior?
It should be

"Ordnen Sie die Sprachen nach Wunsch".

What went wrong?
It currently is 

"Bestellen Sie Sprachen auf Grundlage Ihrer Einstellung" 

which is just plain nonsense.
