Project Member Reported by kevcheng@chromium.org, Oct 20 2016

Issue description

Not quite sure why this is failing, hoping Danny/Tom can help me understand why and what fixes are needed on servo v4 to make this work.

i am able to pass the test on my terra with v4.

this is the snippet where it passes

ah, maybe this is specific to orco then? This test failed twice on 2 different duts the same way.
