[usb_detect] USB stick partitions do not mount and usb peripherals tests fail |

Issue descriptionSince some time we have usb stick issues on the pool:usb_peripherals DUTs, where after one or two successful run for all tests in usb_detect, the next build run fails till we manually reset the usb stick in the usb hub connected to servo v3. It is evident that issues arise at time tests from usb_detect_stress suite tests are running. I stopped running the peripherals_USBBootStress test. Facing this issue consistently on host chromeos1-row1-rack3-host2 -- veyron_mighty. We replaced veyron_mighty with veyron_speedy as a solution for this. It worked well in the beginning, But after few days we are getting the same error with veyron_speedy also. Not able to reproduce this issue manually on veyron_speedy.
