Image location is not displayed in context menu for data URI schemes

Issue description

App Version: 55.0.2883.21 beta
iOS Version: 9.3.5, 10.1
Device: iPhone7, iPad Pro
URL: Google SearchResultsPage

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome beta
  2. Perform Image search for 'kittens'
  3. Tap on any image
  4. Long tap on image

Observed results: If the image source is data:url scheme, then the source location is not displayed in the context menu. It's only displayed for http, https protocols.

Expected results: Image location should always be displayed in the context menu

Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NO, Safari: NA

Android is not showing the image location for any type URLs.
Behavior is same in Safari too. Safari is not showing URLs in context menu for any type of images. So behavior can't be compared with Android or iOS Safari.
Where as Firefox shows the image location URL for all types (ie: http, https, data URIs).

Also to repro more easily use the link below.
https://css-tricks.com/examples/DataURIs/ and long tap on the Image.
Please let me know if you need more information.

I don't think there's any value in showing the users the base64 encoding of the image, so marking the bug as won't fix.
