Yes, The bots show that it fails on many platforms, not all platforms. It fails on android, Windows and Mac ATI. But pass on Linux Nvidia, MacOS Nvidia/Intel.

This is a newly added test; if ANGLE's not ready to handle it then it should be pushed out to WebGL 2.0.1. Since this is in the WebGL 1.0 tree, though, that might be a bit tricky. Not sure whether marking it as new in 1.0.5 would help; I think all 1.0 tests are run as part of the 2.0.0 conformance suite, and that it has no knowledge that 1.0.4 is the current top-of-tree for WebGL 1.0.

According to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=1551#c3, the test is invalid, and it has been removed: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/WebGL/pull/2112 |
