exo: Should use CompositorFrameSink interface |

Issue descriptionexo currently has direct access to a SurfaceFactory and SurfaceManager, and implements SurfaceFactoryClient. exo should instead transition to the CompositorFrameSink interface. In the short term, it can use a local implementation, but ideally it should talk to the MojoCompositorFrameSink.
