Regression : Space issue is seen between 'Change channel' Button and 'Administrator setting' info icon in chrome://md-settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user -> Go to chrome://md-settings/help/details page 
(2)Now observe Space between 'Change channel' Button and 'Administrator setting' info icon at 'Channel' under 'Detail Build information' (Please refer screenshot)

Expected: Space should be seen between 'Change channel' Button and 'Administrator setting' info icon
Actual: Instead No space is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 53.0.2785.154/8530.96.0 Quawks.
Issue not applicable to Linux and windows.
